Meet Mrs. Dorene Etarock-Tsewole
Mrs. Dorene Etarock-Tsewole is the Founding President of the Midwestern State University African Students Organization (MSU ASO) Alumni Association, Inc., and the former Founding Assistant Vice President of ASO Texas in Wichita Falls.
“I have the honor of serving this great philanthropic Alumni Association. In this role, I strive to strengthen the bond between our alumni through our meet and greet, annual reunions, and to foster professional networking and career development among members across the globe.”
A Personal Mission
Mrs. Etarock-Tsewole is deeply passionate about supporting students from Africa at Midwestern State University. As an international student herself from Cameroon, she experienced firsthand the challenges and financial hardships faced by many African students pursuing higher education in the United States. This personal journey fuels her commitment to give back and to be a source of encouragement and support for the MSU ASO Texas community.
Guided by her faith in Christ Jesus and His teachings to give selflessly to others, she is grateful for every opportunity to serve and uplift those in need.
Professional Background
Professionally, Mrs. Etarock-Tsewole practices in the state of Georgia as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in family medicine, pediatrics, and physiatry.

Mrs. Dorene Etarock-Tsewole is a powerful visionary in the birth of both the Midwestern State University African Students Organization Alumni Association, Inc. and the African Students Organization Texas. She is passionate about building membership, leading initiatives, and serving as the primary liaison between the alumni community and the Midwestern State University administration.
