Meet Ms. Cynthia Ileso
Cynthia Ileso is a dynamic healthcare and technology professional whose career reflects a deep commitment to people, community, and meaningful connection. A proud alumna of Midwestern State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she later completed a Master's degree in Health Informatics.
She currently serves as a Senior Clinical Applications and Operations Consultant, blending clinical insight with technical expertise to improve systems, workflows, and the experiences of patients, clinical staff, and providers alike.
Mentorship & Community
Beyond her professional work, Cynthia actively mentors individuals from diverse clinical backgrounds who are seeking to transition away from direct patient care — helping them navigate new pathways in healthcare and technology.
Born in Nigeria and raised in Dallas, Texas — where she continues to reside — her multicultural background shapes her perspective and fuels her passion for bridging communities. She volunteers regularly and contributes to the Social Committee of The African Think Tank, supporting initiatives that uplift, connect, and empower African and diaspora communities.
Wellness & Continuous Growth
A lifelong athlete and wellness advocate, Cynthia spends her spare time personal training, competing in races, and participating in fitness events such as HYROX. She is equally committed to personal and professional growth, frequently attending healthcare, technology, and financial networking events to expand her knowledge and build meaningful relationships.
Beyond the Boardroom
Outside of her professional and athletic pursuits, Cynthia finds joy in cooking, dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
At her core, she is a connector — someone who brings people together, creates space for shared growth, and strengthens the bonds within her community. Cynthia aspires to continue serving as a bridge between people, ideas, and opportunities, using her voice and experience to inspire others and foster collective progress.
